Třebohostice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.74 square kilometres (3.76 sq mi), and has a population of 313 (as at 3 July 2006).

Třebohostice lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Strakonice, 61 km (38 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 94 km (58 mi) south-west of Prague.
