 Třanovice  (Polish: Trzanowice ) is a village in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic. The population is 932 (2001 census), Poles making up 21.2%.[1] The village lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia.

There are two churches in the village - Lutheran church and Catholic Saint Bartholomew Church.
