Tōru Toida

Tōru Toida (戸井田 徹 Toida Tōru, born November 25, 1951) is a Japanese politician serving in the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature) as a member of the Liberal Democratic Party. A native of Edogawa, Tokyo and graduate of Dokkyo University he was elected for the first time in 1996.

Right-wing positions

He was a supporter of right-wing filmmaker Satoru Mizushima's 2007 revisionist film The Truth about Nanjing, which denied that the Nanking Massacre ever occurred.[1]
