Szymocice [ʂɨmɔˈt͡ɕit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nędza, within Racibórz County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Nędza, 14 km (9 mi) north-east of Racibórz, and 46 km (29 mi) west of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has a population of 304.
