Syed Abdul Malik (Assamese: চৈয়দ আব্দুল মালিক; 1919–2000) was a notable writer of Assamese literature, from the village of Nahoroni in Golaghat. He was a president of Asam Sahitya Sabha.
Malik received many exalted prizes, including Padmashri, Padma Bhusan, Sahitya Akademi Award,[2] Sankar Dev Award, Xahityacharyya, etc.[3]
