Swedesburg is an unincorporated community in northern Henry County, Iowa, United States. It lies along the concurrent U.S. Route 218 and Iowa Highway 27 north of the city of Mt. Pleasant, the county seat of Henry County.[1] Its elevation is 732 feet (223 m).[2] Although Swedesburg is unincorporated, it has a post office with the ZIP code of 52652.[3]
Swedesburg was originally built up chiefly by Swedish immigrants.[4]
