Svitávka is a small town (městys) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 8.26 square kilometres (3.19 sq mi), and has a population of 1,716 (as at 2005).
Svitávka lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north of Blansko, 34 km (21 mi) north of Brno, and 170 km (106 mi) south-east of Prague.
