Svidník District (okres Svidník) is a district in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia. Territory Svidník district and his0 location is near of the Dukla Pass and the Republic of Poland.

Until 1918, the district was part of the county of Kingdom of Hungary of Šariš (Sáros).
