Sven Mikser (born 8 November 1973 in Tartu) is an Estonian politician. Since 16 October 2010 he is the leader of the Social Democratic Party. He is also a member of the Parliament and the chairman of the Social Democratic Party's fraction.
From 2002 to 2003, back then a member of Estonian Centre Party, Mikser served as the Minister of Defence in the Siim Kallas' cabinet.
