Suzanna Leigh (born Suzanna Smyth on 26 July 1945 in Belgrave, Leicester, Leicestershire) is a former English actress.

Born to a manufacturer of car engines Suzanna Leigh grew up in the Belgrave district of Leicester, and later went to convent schools outside London. She began working in films while still a pre-teen appearing as an extra in several British productions.

Leigh's film roles include a stewardess in the comedy Boeing Boeing (1965), with Tony Curtis, Jerry Lewis, Thelma Ritter, Christiane Schmidtmer and Dany Saval, the love interest of Elvis Presley in Paradise, Hawaiian Style (1966), and the frail heroine in a couple of Hammer-films: The Lost Continent (1968) and Lust for a Vampire (1971). She also starred in 1966 suspense mystery The Deadly Bees.

In 1974 she starred in her last film role as Amber in the little-seen Son of Dracula, starring Harry Nilsson in the title role and Ringo Starr as Merlin the Magician.

Her 1998 autobiography is entitled Paradise, Suzanna Style.
