Surzyki Małe [suˈʐɨki ˈmawɛ] (German Klein Sauerken) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Małdyty, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Małdyty, 20 km (12 mi) north-west of Ostróda, and 50 km (31 mi) west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The village has a population of 30.
