Supino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Frosinone in the Italian region Lazio, located about 70 km southeast of Rome and about 10 km west of Frosinone. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,875 and an area of 35.3 km².[1]

Supino borders the following municipalities: Carpineto Romano, Ferentino, Frosinone, Giuliano di Roma, Gorga, Maenza, Morolo, Patrica.
