Sulo Richard Bärlund (April 15, 1910, Kangasala – April 13, 1986) was a Finnish athlete who mainly competed in the shot put.
He competed for Finland at the 1936 Summer Olympics held in Berlin, Germany where he won the silver medal in the men's shot put event.
Bärlund finished fourth in the 1938 European Championships shot put. Eight years later he finished sixth in the 1946 European Championships shot put.
