Sudoměřice is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.32 square kilometres (3.60 sq mi), and has a population of 1,209 (as at 1 January 2008).
Sudoměřice lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Hodonín, 60 km (37 mi) south-east of Brno, and 246 km (153 mi) south-east of Prague.
