Strynø

Strynoe is a small Danish island in the southern Funen archipelago and is part of Langeland municipality. Lying south of Tåsinge, north-east of Ærø, and west of Langeland, Strynø covers an area of 4.88 km².
The population of Strynø in 2007 was 214, according to Statistics Denmark.
The island hosts one shop, one inn, one kindergarten, one school (ages 5–10) and the Øhavets Smakkecenter, a small maritime museum and activities centre.
A 28 minute ferry connects Strynø with Rudkøbing.
