Stopmolophidae is a family of true jellyfish from the West Atlantic and Pacific. It contains a single genus, Stomolophus.[1]

According to the World Register of Marine Species, Stomolophus includes two species:[2]
- Stomolophus fritillarius
- Stomolophus meleagris - the cannonball or cabbage head jellyfish
