"Still on It" was the first and only single from her remix album Collectables by Ashanti. The single was released in late November 2005. The single generated less interest than previous Ashanti singles, just reaching #115 on the US Hot 100.
In Europe, the album and the single were not promoted by Murder Inc., so the album failed on European charts. In China and Japan, the single wasn't released. The remix of the single was released in the U.S. later on in the 2006 year, which featured T.I.
The track samples "Knowledge Me" by Original Concepts and "Born to Roll" by Masta Ace.
