Steve Dennis Timmons (born November 29, 1958, in Newport Beach, California) is a former volleyball player from the United States, who represented the USA at three consecutive Summer Olympics starting in 1984. In each tournament he won a medal: two gold (1984 and 1988) and one bronze (1992). Steve played his high school volleyball at Newport Harbor High School before going to Orange Coast College[citation needed] and the University of Southern California.

He co-founded and was president of the company Redsand, which he sold in 2004. He teamed with Karch Kiraly several times, including a stint in Italy playing club volleyball.

His ex-wife is basketball executive, Jeanie Buss. He currently is married to actress Debbe Dunning, who played Heidi on Home Improvement.
