Steve Parker (writer)

Steve Parker (born 1952) is a British children's science writer. He has written hundreds of books.
Life
Born in Warrington, Parker studied zoology at the University of Wales, Bangor. He worked at the Natural History Museum before becoming a writer. He worked an editor at Dorling Kindersley before finally becoming a freelance writer in the late 1980s. He lives in Suffolk.[1]
