Steven Mark Folsom (born March 21, 1958 in Los Angeles, California) was an American football tight end in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at the University of Utah and Long Beach State University. Steve played in the USFL for the Philadelphia Stars in 1983 & 1984 and for the Baltimore Stars in 1985. He caught 72 passes for 775 years with 7 touchdowns during his USFL career. His NFL career consisted of 37 catches for 349 yards with 4 touchdowns.
