Sternitta gregerseni is a moth of the Micronoctuidae family. It is found in central Nepal.

The wingspan is 10-11 mm. The forewings are unicolourous grey. The crosslines are all present and brownish black. The hindwing ground colour is light grey with an indistinct discal spot. The abdomen is light grey.
