Stephen Wayda is an American professional photographer, best known for his photography for Playboy magazine.[1][2][3]

Education and career

Wayda attended the University of Utah.[4] He worked as a newspaper reporter at the Salt Lake Tribune.[4] Wayda began his photography career working with a small-time modeling agency in Salt Lake City.[1]

In the 1970s, Wayda was introduced to Playboy editor Marilyn Grabowski through photographer Dwight Hooker.[1] During his career with Playboy, Wayda's photos have been featured on the cover more than any other photographer.[1][4]

He was the principal photographer for Pamela Anderson and his photographs are found in the book Pamela Anderson in Pictures: Photographs.[4]

Wayda's photographs have been featured in fashion, lifestyle, and sport magazines.[1][5]
