Stephen James Hendry (born 4 December 1990 in Hammersmith, London) is a Scottish professional footballer, who is currently a free agent. He has previously played for Marfin Laiki League team Nea Salamis Famagusta FC, where he played as a Midfielder in the 2008-09 season. He spent his youth career at Coca-Cola Football League 1 side, Brentford Football Club. Hendry had a brief spell on loan with Blue Square Conference side, AFC Wimbledon. He has also represented the Scotland national football team at U-18 level. He attended Isleworth and Syon School alongside other players like Michael Bryan. On the 18th of July 2010, Greek Side F.C. Asteras Tripolis named Hendry in their 28 player squad to travel Australia for pre-season preparations.

International

Hendry who qualifies to play for Scotland, has represented his country against Turkey, France and USA respectively.
