Stephen Bett is the Independent Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk Constabulary.[1] He is the first person to hold the post and was elected on 15 November 2012. Bett is the former chairman of the Norfolk Police Authority, and was elected with a total of 39,988 votes on a turnout of 14.5%.[1]
