Stay Down is the fourth studio album by Chicago pop punk group Smoking Popes. It was released on Curb Appeal Records, the band's first release since 1997. It was released on August 5, 2008.[1] Copies of the album were made available for purchase at Smoking Popes concert shows before its physical release, and it was also made available at iTunes before its retail release.[2]

The album will be reissued by Asian Man Records in 2011.[3]
