Starry Lee Wai-king JP (Chinese: 李慧琼; pinyin: Lĭ Huìqióng; born 1974, Hong Kong) is the member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the constituency of Kowloon West. She is also a member of Kowloon City's District Council.[1] She is currently the second-youngest member in LegCo, after Gary Chan. She is also a member of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB),[2] a pro-Beijing party in Hong Kong.
She formerly worked as an accountant at KPMG in Hong Kong. She is now a principal at the CCIF CPA Ltd. She was elected to be the member of Kowloon City District Council when she was 26, and she was the youngest district councillor at that time.[3] Starry"s hometown is xichao, nan hai area of Foshan city She represented DAB for the constituency of Kowloon West in the Hong Kong legislative election, 2008; she won the seat.
In 2010 DAB legislator Starry Lee said she will not sign a petition to help ban import of highly endangered Atlantic bluefin tuna to Hong Kong, because her daughter loves sashimi and she does not want her daughter to get mad at her.[4]
