Staré Hodějovice is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.18 square kilometres (2.00 sq mi), and has a population of 1,053 (as at 31 December 2007).

Staré Hodějovice lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of České Budějovice and 127 km (79 mi) south of Prague.
