Stankowo [stanˈkɔvɔ] (German: Probeberg) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dźwierzuty, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Dźwierzuty, 12 km (7 mi) north of Szczytno, and 35 km (22 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 130.
