Stéphane Nomis
Stéphane Nomis (born 23 October 1970) is a professional French judoka. He is also an expert at innovation, and has managed to surround himself with over a hundred passionate high level engineers. Constantly looking for new challenges, he likes to take the risk of innovating in order to remain the best.

Sporting career
From 1990 to 1999, he trains at Insep and is part of the France team with David Douillet and Larbi Benboudaoud. Rigorous sportsman and worker, he joined the French team under the direction of René Rambier1 in FFJDA. He earned medals in many tournaments, but failed to win the 86 kilos category in the 1997 European Judo Championships, held in Belgium. In 1998, the change in weight classes forced him to drop 81 pounds, into the category of Djamel Bourras. He managed to reach the finals of the French championships, and after a bronze medal at the tournament in Paris, he qualified for the European Championships for the second time. He brought his career to an end in 1999. In 2012, never far from the Tatami, he resumed the presidency of the FLAM 913 (Force Longjumeau Massy Alliance) Judo Club, with over 500 licensees. By the end of 2013, the club had reached its Chairman’s goal: to be on the podium of the 1st Division French clubs (winning 5 medals in the 1st Division Championship in Marseille).

Professional career
After putting an end to his career, he became an informatics engineer for Microsoft. In 2002 he created his own company, Ippon Technologies8, which has over 130 J2EE engineers. In 5 years, his company made over 8 million euros in business figures. Today, Ippon has earned the trust of the Departments of Information of the largest companies of the CAC 40 French systems. The company has developed its range of services to assist its customers in digital transformation: Ippon Digital9 develops and integrates digital solutions. Ippon Hosting10 hosts Java applications and services in the company’s data centers. Java SSII is present in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux and Toulouse. As in Judo, this competitor and entrepreneur dreams to become an international name. With a partner, he opened his first SUPINFO School in Morocco in 2007 and develops computer schools - In 2009, he owned three schools (Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech). Nomis helped his high-level athlete friends make successful career changes and helped them create companies in various sectors (restoration, cleaning, Internet sales, spas). In 2013, the expert in new technologies and the medal-holding sportsman opened his performance hall/restaurant, New Seine11, on a boat house in front of the Notre-Dame-de-Paris cathedral. Many one-man shows, some standup comedy, and other performances of all kinds punctuate the evenings at this artistic and gastronomic location.
