Spuhlja is a settlement in the Ptuj municipality in northeastern Slovenia. It lies to the east of the town of Ptuj, just north of the artificial lake on the river Drava. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Styria. It is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Podravje statistical region.[2]
