Spreyton is a small town just south of Devonport, Tasmania, Australia. At the 2006 census, Spreyton had a population of 934.[1] Spreyton is home to the fourth-generation family run business Spreyton Fresh. Spreyton Fresh have had apple orchards in Spreyton since 1908 and in 1997 due to the downturn in juice apple prices have been producing a premium fresh apple juice.[2]
In 2012, Spreyton became home to the Spreyton Cider Company. A craft cider company producing a range of premium, hand crafted cider in the region.
Spreyton Post Office opened on 19 February 1883.[3]
