Spodnje Koseze (German: Unterkoses)[2] is a village south of Lukovica in the eastern part of the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.[3]

It was the birthplace of the Slovene poet Janez Vesel (a.k.a. Jovan Koseski).

The local church is dedicated to Saint Lawrence.
