Spinetoli is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in the Italian region Marche, located about 80 km south of Ancona and about 15 km east of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,351 and an area of 12.4 km².[1]
Spinetoli borders the following municipalities: Ancarano, Castorano, Colli del Tronto, Controguerra, Monsampolo del Tronto, Offida.
