Spiezer Schilling

Spiezer Schilling is a chronicle by Diebold Schilling the Elder of Bern (1480s), created after the Berner Schilling. See Swiss illustrated chronicles.

The knight of Hohenberg and his servant are executed by burning before the walls of Zürich in 1482.
First arrival of Gypsies outside Bern, described as getoufte heiden "baptized heathens" (p. 749).
