"Spiders" is a song by American electronica musician Moby, released as the third single worldwide and second UK single from his 2005 studio album Hotel. It is released on May 30, 2005 through Mute Records in the UK.
"Spiders" is inspired by Moby's admiration for David Bowie.[citation needed] As such, it could be a reference to the Spiders from Mars, Bowie's touring band during the Ziggy Stardust era.
The two new tracks released as B-sides also appear on the single "Raining Again", which was released around the same time.
It appeared on the UK Singles Chart at number 50 for one week.[1]
