Spešov is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.29 square kilometres (1.27 sq mi), and has a population of 634 (as at 12 June 2009).
Spešov lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Blansko, 22 km (14 mi) north of Brno, and 177 km (110 mi) south-east of Prague.
