Spadafora (Sicilian: Spatafora) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 180 km east of Palermo and about 15 km northwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,322 and an area of 10.3 km².[1]
The municipality of Spadafora contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Martino and Grangiara.
Spadafora borders the following municipalities: Roccavaldina, Rometta, Venetico.
