Crown Court, Southwark, commonly known as the Southwark Crown Court, is one of three Crown Courts in the London SE1 postcode area, along with Inner London Crown Court and Blackfriars Crown Court. Opened in 1983, the brick building is located on the south bank of the River Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, next to Hay's Galleria. It contains 15 courtrooms, making it the fourth largest court centre in the country, and is a designated serious fraud centre.[1]
