The South Dakota Republican Party is the affiliate of the Republican Party in South Dakota. Which Currently Holds 92 of the 118 Elected Offices in the State and 80 of 105 in The State Legislature meaning that In the 2010 election the Republican Party of South Dakota won a Super majority in both houses.

The South Dakota Republican Party controls all seven statewide offices and holds majorities in the South Dakota Senate and the South Dakota House of Representatives. Republicans also hold one of the state's U.S. Senate seats and the state's at-large congressional seat.
