Sopworth is a village and civil parish in Wiltshire, England, on the county's border with South Gloucestershire.

The poet Thomas Yalden (1870-1736) was briefly rector of the parish.[1]

The parish registers survive in the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre for christenings (1697-1991), marriages (1698-1992), and burials (1697-1992).[2]
