Sophia Marie Tecson Baars, better known as Sophia Baars, is a half Filipino-Danish child actress. She first appeared on a TV commercial when she was 5 years old. Later, she auditioned in Star Circle Quest where she was one of the top 5 finalist and started to work in ABS-CBN in 2007. She appeared in the children's gag show Goin' Bulilit as herself playing several characters and also took the roles of Lavinia in the TV series Princess Sarah and Jojie in Maalaala Mo Kaya. She is well known for playing the role of Alexis in Desperadas Part 1 and Part 2.
