Song Jong-ho (Hangul: 송종호; born October 5, 1976) is a South Korean actor. Song debuted as a runway model in Park Byung-chul's fashion show in 1995. His print and runway modeling career lasted until 1999, when he turned to acting. He is best known for his roles in Will It Snow For Christmas?,[1][2] The Princess' Man,[3] and Reply 1997.[4]

Biography

Song Jong Ho is a Korean Actor who has also made a name for himself in the Modeling world. He was born on October 5, 1976 in South Korea. He attended Pyeongtaek University, where he studied computer science. However, he soon realized that his true love lay in performing. In 2005, he began working as a runway Model.

His Model career was very successful„ he continued Modeling until 1999. It was then that he turned his attention to acting. He made his acting debut on the television show Invitation that year. He followed that role with two more television show appearances in 1999. In 2000, Jong Ho made an appearance on the variety show Achieve the Goal Saturday, which helped to boost his popularity.

He continued to advance his acting career by taking roles on several television shows. He also made two appearances in music videos. In 2009, he was cast in one of his most popular roles on the television show Will It Snow For Christmas? Because of this role, he developed a devoted fan following. He acted in several other shows following this role, including the highly successful The Princess' Man, his most recent show, Reply 1997. In 2012, he also acted in his first film, The Grand Heist.

In 2013, he starred in The Fugitive of Joseon alongside Lee Dong-wook and Song Ji-hyo . It is the Joseon version for The Chaser about a medical practitioner who struggles to save his daughter from a terminal illness while being caught up in a plot to poison the human race. He played as Lee Jung-hwan, uigeumbu (Joseon-era government bureau that investigated serious crimes), he is the best detective around and skilled with the sword. He falls in love with Won's sister.

Not long after that, he made special appearance in The Suspicious Housekeeper and play as Park Bok Nyeo's Choi Ji-woo stalker in the past and the drama is still on air in SBS
