Snåsa (village)

Snåsa is a village in and the municipal center of Snåsa, Norway. As of 2011, it has a population of 676 and covers an area of 1.42 square kilometers (0.55 sq mi).[1] The village is situated on the northern end of the lake of Snåsavatnet. The Nordland Line runs through the village, serving it at Snåsa Station. Snåsa Church, built in 1200, is located in the village.
