Smolnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.76 square kilometres (3.00 sq mi), and has a population of 387 (as at 28 August 2006).
Smolnice lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Louny, 41 km (25 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 49 km (30 mi) north-west of Prague.
