Slavkov pod Hostýnem is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.2 square kilometres (2.0 sq mi), and has a population of 558 (as at 2 January 2009).
Slavkov pod Hostýnem lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) east of Kroměříž, 16 km (10 mi) north of Zlín, and 248 km (154 mi) east of Prague.
