Slaves to Society is the ninth studio album from the death metal band Master.

Controversy

Upon its release, there was some outcry due to the cover, which depicts a nude woman performing oral sex on a monstrous creature brandishing a sword, who is standing over the corpse of another unclothed woman, while a third seems to watch in terror. However, beyond initial trouble with distributors, it has not been a problem to the band, who are not well known enough to warrant the negative media attention heaped on other American death metal acts such as Cannibal Corpse. However, band frontman Paul Speckmann has commented that he "can't find the album in any of the shops" in the Czech Republic, where he currently lives, since there is no distribution of Master's music in the Czech Republic.[citation needed]
