The Slaty-backed Nightingale-Thrush (Catharus fuscater) is a species of bird in the Turdidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
