Slatington, California

Slatington is a former settlement in El Dorado County, California.[1] It was located 1.5 miles (2.4 km) southwest of Kelsey.[1]

A post office operated at Slatington from 1903 to 1912 and from 1916 to 1920, when it was transferred to Kelsey.[1] The name Slatington was based on the slate shingles made there.[1]
