Slaník is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.97 square kilometres (1.15 sq mi), and has a population of 142 (as at 28 August 2006).
Slaník lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Strakonice, 51 km (32 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 97 km (60 mi) south of Prague.
