Siva Nageswara Rao or Shiva Nageshwara Rao

, is a Telugu film director. His first film as director, Money was a success.

Background

Rao was born and brought up in Uppalapadu, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh in India in 1956. During his early career as assistant, Rao mostly assisted Ram Gopal Varma's films. He joined the film industry when he was 23.
